We are a group of health enthusiasts who has the main concern of food as the core of any health endeavor. We believe that we are what we now because of the food we eat. And by this, we run this site to encourage people to be aware of what they eat. Oftentimes when people hear the "healthy word" they think about the fruits and vegetables. Yes those are indeed healthy, and by that we have decided to name out website "fruitable" which consists of words "fruits" + "vegetable".

Although our articles are about vegetable-based or fruit-based recipes, we do not decline the use of meat. We believe that for us to be healthy, we need to have balance. That is where the meat makes it entrance. For us to have balance, we should eat Go + Grow + Glow Foods. Fortunately, our site just have categories that tackle on those!

Yes, we too are not fans of eating yucky food to achieve a healthy body. We love DELICIOUS food! We share DELICIOUS recipes! Well, except for the exotic category where it is a matter of personal preference.
